Request Assistance

 

We receive hundreds of requests for legal help every month. We are highly selective and can accept only a small number of matters. But representation is not the only way we may be able to help.

You are not choosing TECHNE simply by contacting us. You are requesting our assistance. We first need to determine whether we can speak with you, understand what you are facing, and decide whether we are the right fit for each other.

 

First, we check for conflicts.

Before you tell us the details of your case, we need to know who is involved. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information until we confirm that we are able to speak with you.

 

Then, we determine whether we are the right fit.

If the conflict check clears, we will learn more about the problem, what is at stake, what you hope to accomplish, and whether TECHNE is the right team for the matter. You should also have enough information to decide whether we are the right lawyers for you.

 

If we cannot represent you, we still want to help.

We can accept only a fraction of the people who contact us. When we cannot take a matter, we make a genuine effort to

connect people with a trusted referral source or another useful path forward.

We want TECHNE to be a place people can turn when they need help. We cannot promise to take every case. We can promise to take every request for assistance seriously.
